Fees for the Issue of Court proceedings

The following costs apply upon commencement of Court Proceedings, however these costs are recoverable from your debtor:

Where appropriate, LRC issue Claim Forms via the CPC (Claims Production Centre), which reduces the above Disbursement fee by £10 (which is passed back to you as a saving)

Where applicable, interest from the debtor will also be claimed on your behalf.
