Instructing LRC to act on your behalf
|
Instructing LRC to act on your behalf is simple. There are no contracts to sign and we can undertake recovery of your debt as soon as we have your details. These details include the debtors name and address, invoice number of debt if applicable, value and date, plus the nature of the claim (i.e. Hall Fees, Library overdue costs, Course Fees etc). You can enter these details directly via this website, by selecting the ‘Instruct us now’ option, or, select ‘Print New Instruction Form’ and complete the requested details then return the form back to us via fax or post, including copies of any debtor invoices if you have them. Shortly after we receive these details, we’ll contact you with your online Debt Recovery User Name & Password, so you can view the status of you debt as and when you wish and enter further debt instructions at your leisure. If you have a number of cases (perhaps 10 or more), you can request a User Name & Password in the first place, then key your instructions directly onto our online Debt Recovery System. You should receive your user name and password within 2 working days of your instruction being sent. For very large amounts of data, we’re also able to accept instructions via Excel format – please call for formatting details. To Instruct us now, please select from one of the menu’s on the right. N.B. Although we can take immediate action against your debtor, to comply with Money Laundering Regulations, we must receive certain details before we can send you any recovered monies. Please select the Money Laundering option on the right for further details. |
