The LRC online Debt Recovery System
At LRC we offer all our clients free access to our online Debt Recovery System. Comparable systems are more widely available than ever before, but as the innovators of online debt recovery, our systems are based upon many years of development and everyday use; and you can use them to clearly monitor how we’re performing on your behalf.
With our online System you can view a complete diary of all communication between us, LRC and the debtor. You can view scanned copies of all correspondence, notes and details of conversations held, view the outstanding balance on each case, view payments received and interest claimed, as well as recoverable court costs and our charges to-date.
You can also use the online system to send updated information to your Account Manager, give new instructions or simply ask a question. You can even use it to compile debt management reports for your own use – or ask us to do it for you; we’ll be happy to oblige.
Access is via any computer with an internet connection and security is assured (we use the latest 128Bit SSL encryption technology)
There are so many benefits to operating this way, but most of our clients enjoy the ability to see what's happening with their debts as and when they require, without having to wade through a mountain of paperwork or pick up the phone!
